Lars road closed for trucks: There are 250 cars on Russian side

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that on November 4, by 08:00 am, the roads in Armenia are passable.
According to the information provided by the Roads Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open for cars and buses but closed for trucks.
There are reportedly 250 cars on the Russian side.
Drivers are advised to drive solely on winter tires.
