Urartu TRANS Director Arsen Ter-Karapetyan expressed his opinion on the new draft law, which aims to create an electronic toll collection system.

The law establishes the concept of "road taxes", which established by this law is a compulsory payment to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia for the development of the road network of the RA construction, repair and protection of state roads.
